Hot Chilli Public Relations recently trained up the staff of Mobil Service Stations from Cooktown to Tully.  “Putting the WOW! Into Customer Service” covered a number of topics including creating excellence, managing teams and dealing with difficult customers.

Hot Chilli Public Relations was launched at the Sapphire Bar on 9 August. The champagne flowed - and the chilli shots came out later in the night to heat things up even more. Guests from the media and business sectors were entertained by Cycas Circus.
